About INEG & Its Unique Network Approach:
Using A Global Team of Experienced Experts & Extensive Nuclear Industry Contacts
The International Nuclear Enterprise Group, LLC., (INEG) was established in 2006 when Alldred Associates, LLC (AAL) and International Nuclear Consultants, Inc., (INC) joined forces to meet the growing specialized and high-priority needs of both private industry and government clients.
INEG is founded on a new and effective network-based business model. INEG’s model is geared towards meeting the consulting needs of a re-energized nuclear industry that’s becoming increasingly international in emphasis. In the past, nuclear projects tended to be largely confined to the home country, and were narrowly defined. This is not the case today as nuclear projects, which are more multifunctional and multifaceted than ever, shift outside the home borders in quest of the right capability. INEG’s business model also takes into account the fact that seasoned nuclear professionals are living and working in every country with a nuclear program, and many have career-long expertise in all aspects of the industry. By retaining these nuclear experts, INEG can offer skilled, in-depth, integrated consulting support for nuclear projects, wherever and whenever needed.
Our view is: If you need nuclear expertise, you need a nuclear expert -- not a desk-bound staffer waiting for the next assignment. Each INEG consulting project is assigned to a specialized project manager who identifies how best to meet the project’s needs, selects the appropriate experts, and ensures high quality and timely completion of the work. INEG’s seasoned nuclear professionals function in the real world, and will be here for you, using their special understanding of, and connections into, nuclear companies, research institutes, agencies, and programs. They are problem-solvers, clear-thinking strategists, technicians and engineers, and have the experience required to give your project that extra dimension.
Here’s how:
- INEG experts have demonstrated experience, access to the necessary resources, and an extensive body of knowledge.
- INEG experts have held senior management positions in the nuclear industry in the U.S. and internationally, and have substantial international experience.
- INEG has experts with extensive experience in the management of nuclear R&D and capital projects, as well as operation of all types of nuclear facilities.
- INEG experts have well-established working relationships with all of the major nuclear organizations worldwide, with a focus on the U.S., Europe, Russia and the former Soviet Central Asian states.
- INEG has experts that have directed or actively supported company acquisitions in key markets.
INEG is a network in action.
